I graduated in Translation and Interpreting (2011-2016) from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). In 2016 I started the degree in Basque Studies at the same University. I expect to complete this second degree this academic year (2018-2019), and move on to the Master Degree in Linguistics at the University of the Basque Country.
From April to August 2018 I was a researcher under contract (PIC 70-18) in the research project entitled Towards a theory of syntactic (micro)variation; Basque and beyond (FFI2014-51878-P, Principal Investigator: Beatriz Fernández) supported by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO). Thanks to that contract, I carried on developing the database named Basque in Variation/ Euskara Bariazioan together with my colleagues, and I started to design future work, such as the use of new methodologies.
Syntactic Theory, Comparative Syntax, Basque, micro-variation, impersonals.
